Sophie is a safeguarding and child protection professional with over 20 years’ experience. A creative and effective consultant and trainer, committed to the development and improvement of child led practice.

Nina has extensive experience leading safeguarding services for both statutory and non-statutory sectors within the UK and overseas. Due to working within different sectors such as Education, Social work and Charities (to name a select few) for both the UK and overseas, Nina is able to understand safeguarding from different perspectives and thus develop successful safeguarding cultures through training and consultancy.

Catherine has over 30 years’ experience in post-16 education through working as a teacher, manager and Vice Principal. Due to Catherine’s background, she is highly experienced in the strategic requirements of an organisation such as policy development and reviewing processes and procedures. Further to this, Catherine is passionate about external supervision and providing this service for Safeguarding leads and their teams to ensure staff are well supported.

With over fourteen years’ experience, Ed is a highly qualified Domestic Abuse Advisor (IDVA) working with both male and female perpetrators and survivors of domestic abuse. Ed’s training aims to equip professionals with the skills, knowledge and understanding to assess and address the risks where there is Domestic Abuse.

Sam has over 31 years experience working within the police and specialising in safeguarding and investigations. Sam was an accredited Child Abuse and Adult Abuse Investigator and was the force lead for Domestic Abuse, Rape, Stalking & Central Safeguarding. Sam is passionate about safeguarding and supporting individuals with their learning thus ultimately improving outcomes for vulnerable adults and young people.

Anne-Marie is a safeguarding consultant and trainer with over 30 years’ experience working as a detective and safeguarding specialist in the police. Anne-Marie holds a passion for child protection and interviewing vulnerable witnesses and thrives to provide engaging and informative training through sharing her own experiences as an investigator.

Amanda is a highly skilled and experienced safeguarding trainer with over 20 years’ experience delivering training to Charities, Education and Fostering with a focus in Domestic Abuse, Exploitation, addiction and Radicalisation.

Sara has 30 years experience working within the Police and has undertaken specialist roles within safeguarding and Family Liaison. Sara has extensive experience in advanced interviewing of offenders for complex investigations as well as training detectives and outside agencies in visually recorded interviewing of children & adults, including FLO and MOSOVO.
