
SAFE Associate – Jon Le Fevre
Jon Le Fevre is an experienced safeguarding leader with a strong background in education. He was a Headteacher and DSL in several schools. In these roles, he has been responsible for developing and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures, as well as providing training and support to staff. He has also worked very closely and developed strong multi-agency working relationships with external agencies to support vulnerable children and families.
In addition to his work in schools, Jon is also a qualified executive coach and an accomplished facilitator / trainer. “Jon combines the dispositions of service to others and professional integrity; the skills of effective facilitation and clear presentation; and the knowledge of both child and adult learning methodologies into an ability to design, develop and deliver effective professional learning.”
Jon is passionate about helping others to develop their skills and knowledge in order to improve outcomes for children. From Jan 2004 – March 2025, he was the National Safeguarding Partner Facilitator for Education in the UK. In this role, Jon was responsible for facilitating and training multi-agency safeguarding professionals across the country. He has a deep understanding of safeguarding legislation and best practice, and is committed to ensuring that all children are safe and protected.
