Siobhan Burns

Siobhan is an experienced leader and senior manager in Children’s Services. She has over 25 years of experience in safeguarding children and young people and 20 years of experience working in multiagency Partnerships.

Siobhan currently supports Partnerships through improvement consultancy, training, undertaking Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews and other learning reviews. In addition to her skills in assisting Partnerships to improve, other areas of expertise include neglect, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, criminal and sexual exploitation, disabilities, consent, information sharing and intersectionality.
