With a background working as a prison officer and a qualified social worker, Jamie is a highly skilled professional with over 19 years’ experience in numerous operational and senior leadership positions. Jamie is passionate about organisational change and working collaboratively with colleagues, children, young people and their families to find safe and sustainable solutions.

Amanda is a highly skilled and experienced safeguarding trainer with over 20 years’ experience delivering training to Charities, Education and Fostering with a focus in Domestic Abuse, Exploitation, addiction and Radicalisation.

Karen is a highly skilled and experienced safeguarding training facilitator based in Scotland with over 20 years of experience working in the Voluntary sector. Karen is passionate about raising awareness of how to support vulnerable children and adults and breaking through stereotypes for profound learning disabilities in children.

Thomas Robinson is an experienced safeguarding expert and qualified social worker with a background in Children’s services, Adult Safeguarding and a specialism in radicalisation. As a PhD candidate in Social Work and Social Care, Thomas is currently investigating the radicalisation of men and the role of masculinity in violent extremism.

Cassandra has 24 years’ experience of working with children, young people and their families including working within Adult Safeguarding.

Sara has 30 years experience working within the Police and has undertaken specialist roles within safeguarding and Family Liaison. Sara has extensive experience in advanced interviewing of offenders for complex investigations as well as training detectives and outside agencies in visually recorded interviewing of children & adults, including FLO and MOSOVO.

Rachel is a safeguarding consultant and trainer with 31 years experience working in the Police, mostly as a detective and safeguarding specialist.

Neel is a qualified social worker with a background in psychology and is also an experienced facilitator, trainer and coach. He has 14 years’ experience in children’s services across the public and voluntary sectors, where he has spent half of his career in frontline practice and the other half in strategy, innovation and leadership roles.

Karen is a proficient classroom practitioner with thirty years’ experience teaching languages in a variety of independent, boarding, and state schools in the UK.
